Job Title: Workday Finance Consultant
Location: Pan India
Experience: 6+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and map them to Workday's Financial Management capabilities.
- Design, configure, and test Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and more.
- Develop custom reports and integrations to meet specific client needs.
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Work with clients to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and answering questions.
- Manage system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Workday Financial Management functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and general ledger.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed
