Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, secure, and maintain financial records, including cash, cash equivalents, and documents, in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Review and record computerized financial data, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare, review, and audit financial statements and payroll reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments, invoices, and financial issues.
• Process and maintain cashier banks, contracts, and daily deposits.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of period-end closing procedures and reporting.
• Assist in developing financial reports and presenting data to management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while balancing work and family responsibilities.
No supervisory experience required.
