Job Description

  • Analyse and evaluate companies across market landscape, policy landscape, financial performance, peers benchmarks and investor landscape
  • Analyse Financial Statements and Key Metrics
  • Support origination and conversion of leads to build business pipeline
  • Interact with clients to conceptualize and prepare proposals
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, investment collaterals and other reports
  • Prepare Financial Models and Valuation to assess feasibility of projects and companies
  • Support transaction execution including pitch positioning to lenders and/or investors, project/transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, negotiation/documentation and sanction
Academic Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant
  • BE/BTech + MBA Finance (CFA added advantage)
