Job Description
- Analyse and evaluate companies across market landscape, policy landscape, financial performance, peers benchmarks and investor landscape
- Analyse Financial Statements and Key Metrics
- Support origination and conversion of leads to build business pipeline
- Interact with clients to conceptualize and prepare proposals
- Prepare high-quality presentations, investment collaterals and other reports
- Prepare Financial Models and Valuation to assess feasibility of projects and companies
- Support transaction execution including pitch positioning to lenders and/or investors, project/transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, negotiation/documentation and sanction
Academic Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant
- BE/BTech + MBA Finance (CFA added advantage)
