About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join Thrillophilia. As the Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy and maintaining the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for managing books of accounts, financial statements, and compliances. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Act as Finance Business Partner and assist in business decision making. This will require good analytical skills and ability to provide accurate information in limited time.

- Consolidate and report monthly, quarterly & annual financial performance for business units including monthly variances against forecast & budget and opportunities & risks.

- Support day-to-day financial planning and reporting activities, including P&L Management, Forecast preparation and Balance sheet review.

- Manage the day-to-day company accounts of Indian Entities as well as overseas entities, including accounts payable and payment process, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

- Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal utilization of funds

- Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax laws

- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits

- Identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing plans to improve profitability.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operation, to understand and

manage the financial impact of their activities on the company.

Desired Skills:

- CA with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role

- Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

- Proficient in using financial management software and tools
