Job Description

The Finance Manager oversees financial functions, ensuring the Accounting System and Internal Controls operate effectively while maintaining accurate Books of Account per Standards and regulations.
Responsibilities - Recording financial transactions in the Books of Account regularly.
- Managing cash flow to meet operational funding requirements by sourcing and allocating funds for various costs.
- Regular reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Preparation of budgets and reports to measure operational results - MIS.
- Timely filing of all statutory returns as applicable to the company.
- Processing monthly payroll, including verification and disbursement.
- Monthly Finance Forecast preparation and its review.
- Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Management.
- Vendor Management and Accounts Payable Process.
- Preparing Books of Accounts for annual audit readiness.
- Liaising with banks on matters such as FIRC, business loans, and submission of Softex for BRC.
- Proficiency with accounting softwares
- Capability to prepare and deliver financial reports
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Semi-qualified CA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA) preferred
