Role & responsibilities

the incumbent will Develop financial models and manage lender relationships. Key role in supporting project funding, ensuring loan compliance, and facilitating strategic planning like -

Preparation of Business plans and cash flow projections in time bound manner.

Manage relationships and coordinate with Lenders

Negotiate loan terms and liaise with financial institutions

Manage communications with lenders and ensure favorable financing terms.

Preparation of Business plans and cash flow projections in time bound manner.

Monitor the Business Plan and Cash flow on weekly basis

Preparation of CMA data.

Preparation of Sales MIS & Other MIS.

Providing timely information to the Lenders & Others.

Coordination with internal & external Auditors.

Preparation of Power point presentation for the Investors

Coordination with the different departments in the company for collection of data/information.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from real estate industry

candidate with good ms excel

must have experience in fund/ lender management
