HR Recruiter - Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to shortlist potential hires.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Enthusiasm to learn about recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
