Job Description Summary

- Review and maintain real time accounting transaction to ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial statements.

- Detailed budgeting and variance analysis covering each P&L line item.

- Bring value to business by delivering mid-month forecasts on operating income, flux analysis with control mechanism on cost overheads and timely MIS.

- Coordinate the submission and closure of Annual Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Internal Audit.

- Prepare and perform periodic internal audit for compliance with SPI based.

- Follow growth mindset and co-ordinate with cross functional global team for continuous improvement.

- Additional Managerial duties as necessary.

Experience and Requirements

- Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting is required.

- Proficient in ERP and IT skills

- 10+ years of managerial accounting & taxation experience with Company with turnover over INR 100 Cr

- Data Analytical and presentation skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- A team player

- Sense of urgency and adhere to deadlines.

- Attention to details and accuracy.
