Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Support professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing overall sales efficiency.

• Assist the sales team in managing and processing sales orders and inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Respond to customer queries and provide timely information regarding orders and services.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings and events.
• Perform other administrative & marketing / business development task as required to support the sales team

Qualifications:

• Any technical graduate with a strong academic background.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
• Experience in customer service or client relationship management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
