Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.
  
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements such as RBI, FEMA, JV, and investor documentation.
  
• Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and manage board meetings.
  
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns with relevant authorities.
  
• Coordinate with external counsel for litigation matters related to intellectual property disputes.
