Junior Engineer - Electrical :: Skyview by Empyrean

Role & responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Assist in the regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including motors, transformers, generators, control panels, and circuit breakers.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical faults and issues, and assist in repairing or replacing faulty components to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance. Address any deviations from normal operating conditions.

• Preventive Maintenance: Support the development and execution of preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend the life of electrical systems.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and any system performance anomalies. Prepare and present detailed reports for the O&M team and management.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all electrical work adheres to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments related to electrical systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in Electrical preferably in operations and maintenance.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and collaboration with team members.

• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
