Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT procurement, a strong understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, maintaining accurate records, and negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing contracts with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.
• Build and nurture strong vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate procurement activities across departments and ensure alignment with company needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier evaluations.
• Assist in managing procurement documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.
• Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SAP for tracking and reporting purposes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing within an IT firm.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and SAP.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
