Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances effectively and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Provide support and guidance on employee concerns, fostering a healthy work culture.
- Partner with employees to enhance their work experience and address any issues promptly.
2. HR Operations
- Conduct the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Work closely with the HR operations team in Gurgaon HQ to manage and maintain the HRMS effectively.
3. Employee Engagement & Experience
- Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
- Be responsible for maintaining a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.
4. Office Administration & Coordination
- Maintain office hygiene and ensure a conducive work environment.
- Coordinate with the corporate office for any administrative requirements.
- Manage and take care of company assets to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
5. Vendor Management
- Liaise with external vendors to manage office requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
Requirements and skills
1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a generalist HR role.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
6. Experience with HRMS systems is an added advantage.
7. A proactive approach to ensuring an excellent employee experience.
