Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, customer visits, and product demonstrations.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance, inventory management, and customer interactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in agricultural machinery or tractor sales (preferably).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Tech/B.E.) or related field (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
