Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with Contract Labour Act and regulations.
  
• Oversee ESIC, PF, salary processing, statutory compliance, time office management, welfare management, and hiring processes.
  
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations and timely submission to relevant authorities.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Maintain HR administration records and ensure data accuracy.
