About the role:

Responsible for leading one of the global project teams in the Capital Markets Intelligence Hub Tooling & Automation team.

About the team:

Capital Market Intelligence Hub Tooling and Automation and Service Delivery team support business management reporting and analytics across Capital Markets Technology & Services (Development, Client Experience, BPS, Consulting Services and Managed Services).

What you will be doing:

• Lead team comprised of dedicated members who focus on providing fact-based reporting to help drive changes in the business and automations to improve the client and employee experience. Must be able to plan and manage simultaneous projects.
• Work with functional business partners to understand their goals and objectives, represent their interests during planning and act as point of contact for the team.

What you will need:

• Interest in learning new things and passion for making effective improvements.
• Understanding of project management lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, set expectations and meet deadlines.

• Strong experience in Project Management
• Experience in Reporting/BI
