We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Investment Analyst to join our team and drive growth through strategic ventures and M&A initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund raising
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, targeting venture capital, private equity, and institutional investors to secure capital for growth initiatives
• Lead pitch development and financial structuring, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and company objectives
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key investors, providing them with ongoing insights into company performance, strategic goals, and opportunities for collaboration
• Track and analyze fundraising trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market conditions, ensuring FIA Global remains competitive and attractive to investors
• Identifying M&A Opportunities to Turbocharge Growth
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor landscapes to identify disruptive M&A opportunities.
• Proactively identify and evaluate high-potential M&A targets that align with the companys growth objectives and market expansion strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover acquisition targets and strategic alliances that could accelerate business growth.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with investments and transactions.
• Provide expert insights to senior management on optimizing growth via M&A and partnerships, driving value creation through strategic acquisitions

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Proven experience of 3+ years in investment banking, M&A, or strategic ventures, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
