Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruitment Lead/Manager to lead and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, billing models, and Just-in-Time (JIT) hiring while demonstrating strong leadership and client management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record in staffing firms or IT services companies.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing recruitment teams and driving high performance.
• Hands-on sourcing expertise with the ability to make hires while guiding the team.
• In-depth experience hiring for GCC and Captive clients, understanding regional talent needs.
• Expertise in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source top talent.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing billing models and Just-in-Time (JIT) hiring practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in client handling, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain relationships.
• Ability to provide strategic insights and market trends to clients and stakeholders, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Skilled in reporting and recruitment analytics, with the ability to deliver timely, data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in using recruitment ATS/tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
