Rule Engineer

Experience & Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SDLC
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python, with Core Java (Knowledge), J2EE, Kotlin, and Docker containerization.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, AWS S3, Amazon Athena, and AWS Batch.
• Understanding of large-scale data movement (datasets in tens to hundreds of gigabytes).
• Familiar with version control systems like Git and IDEs such as Eclipse and IntelliJ.
• Working knowledge of SQL tools like SQL Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, and security tools like Veracode.
• Proficient in unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and conducting code reviews.
• Strong understanding of APIs, serverless, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in application debugging and troubleshooting (IDE and remote debugging).
• Ability to estimate development efforts for user stories.
• Capable of reviewing and guiding junior engineers, performing code reviews, and integrating work.
