Field Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning of Fette Tablet Compression Machines and performing DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Electrical & Mechanical Calibration of Fette Tablet Compression Machines.
• Attending Machine (Electronics and/or Mechanical) Breakdown Calls and resolving product-related challenges or queries faced by customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Tablet Compression Machines (Fault analysis and rectification).
• Carrying out SLA Activities of Fette Tablet Compression Machines.
• Execute AMC for various Fette Tablet Compression Machines.
• Generate an inquiry for Service Products and spare parts during the Service Visits.
• Provide technical support to sales and end users i.e. customers.
• Escalate technical issues/customer feedback/customer suggestions to the management team.
• Organize & Conduct Product trials and Training for customers for the safe and efficient use of machines.
• Provide Training to customers on basic maintenance and operations of Fette Tablet Compression Machines.

Preferred candidate profile

• A candidate with knowledge of tablet compression machine & having field service experience and / or knowledge of electrical & mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Willing to travel PAN India
