Behavioural Coach

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with consumers to assess their psychological needs and set actionable goals.
• Develop behaviour change plans and strategies (including Ryze nicotine gums + other aspects) to support consumers in achieving their objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to consumers as they work towards positive changes in their lives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in psychology (B.A) or master's degree in psychology (M.A).
• Strong understanding of behavioural psychology principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Ability to establish rapport with consumers and motivate them towards positive change.
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to coaching.
• Prior experience in a coaching or counselling role preferred.
• This is a contractual position.
