• Processing the MRP and releasing the purchase orders after reviewing the demand and available stock.
• Confirming the promise date in system in order to meet the customer requirement.
• Updating the various system records i.e. Supplier item relationship, Item Branch etc.
• Review the out of stock reports and work upon accordingly.
• Inventory Transfer in order to control the inventory.
• Get the quote from supplier and update the price in system.
• Procedure for price increase approval.
• Resolving supplier related issues like Price Increase, Drawing/Specification Clarification, Delivery, Invoice queries etc.

Production Buyer Planner

• Reviewing drawing changes and PDF parts through Web focus.
• Operation system Module
• Working on Web focus Software for Generating Monthly and weekly and Daily inventory Reports
• Working on Buyer planner capacity model with actual and forecast orders.
• Working on inventory reduction reports.
• Processing Daily ECOs.
• Generating Daily Reports for Buyer/Planner.
• Processing Daily Drawing Change Reports
• Cross Docking for ST/OT errors.
