Job Description

Servtek Buyer Planner Processing the MRP and releasing the purchase orders after reviewing the demand and available stock. Confirming the promise date in system in order to meet the customer requirement. Updating the various system records i. e. Supplier item relationship, Item Branch etc. Review the out of stock reports and work upon accordingly. Inventory Transfer in order to control the inventory. Get the quote from supplier and update the price in system. Procedure for price increase approval. Resolving supplier related issues like Price Increase, Drawing/Specification Clarification, Delivery, Invoice queries etc.

Production Buyer Planner Reviewing drawing changes and PDF parts through Web focus. Operation system Module Working on Web focus Software for Generating Monthly and weekly and Daily inventory Reports Working on Buyer planner capacity model with actual and forecast orders. Working on inventory reduction reports.

Processing Daily ECO s. Generating Daily Reports for Buyer/Planner. Processing Daily Drawing Change Reports Cross Docking for ST/OT errors.
