Sr. Project Engineer - Project Management

Role : Sr. Project Engineer - Project Management

Experience : 5 - 8 Yrs.

Education : B. E /B. Tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering

• 5 to 8 years exp with BE in Mechanical, Aerospace, and industrial engineering etc.
• Aerospace experience is preferred. Minimum 2-3 experience in managing projects in the manufacturing industry.
• Responsible for formulating a Project plan to meet the project objectives while adhering to a timeline.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop a detailed project plan
• Drive and participate in daily, weekly customer project discussions and ensure Project progress is as per the agreed timeline with customer.
• Coordination with the business development team for RFQ management, P.O conversion and to understand project scope and considerations.
• Responsible for New Product/FAI development and conversion to Production orders
• Drive internal team meetings for contract review, risk analysis, daily FAI meeting to monitor and execute as per project plan.
• Regular communication of Project status to all stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating any potential project risks.
• Regular co-ordination with Cross functional team (Supply chain, Production Planning, and operation team) to ensure Raw material, Machine schedule are in place to ensure Project orders on -time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication & team management skills
• Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP certification is a plus.
