Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Senior Sales Officer to lead our sales team in North Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Fero Door's products and services.

5. Team Management: Supervise and mentor sales team members, providing guidance and support.

6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data and providing insights.

7. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, and interior designers.

8. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and explore expansion into new markets.

9. Prior experience in Plywood, UPVC and building materials sales will be considered an advantage.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

5. Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.

6. Familiarity with sales analytics tools and CRM software.

7. Ability to work in a team environment.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Qualifications

1. MBA or related postgraduate degree.

2. Experience in sales management or team leadership.

3. Fluency in Malayalam.

4. Knowledge of door manufacturing industry.
