Proven experience working as a pastry chef in Pastry production center environment with excellent knowledge of pastry product, wedding cake and special cake, chocolate, baked product and Ingredients.
Able to manage the team, implement the proper system for the operation on pastry production, by making schedule, proper instruction and delegation based on the business plan.
Able to make and create the proper recipes and the costing by working closely with production manager and cost control.
Excellent in managing all kitchen operation, costs effective, waste management and equipment by monitoring and assigning tasks to appropriate staff. Take corrective action where necessary to reduce expenses in liaison with the Production manager.
Strong leadership, organizational time management skills and training regarding the product to all the staff.
Excellent in food stock management by maintain and ensure highest quality and consistency of the product.
Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace and implementing HACCP regulation, training and well documented.
