Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Design Engineer with experience in the building industry, particularly in products such as doors, rolling shutters, industrial doors, handrails, balustrades, architectural metal works, SST cladding, false ceilings, and aluminum doors/windows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing shop drawings in AutoCAD, taking site measurements, placing orders, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and architects. Knowledge of structural, civil, and MEP drawings for preparing coordinated shop drawings is essential. Experience with BIM is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings in AutoCAD for various products.
• Take site measurements and place orders for required materials.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, architects, and site engineers.
• Review structural, civil, and MEP drawings to ensure coordinated shop drawings.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, including smoke curtains, smoke extraction fans, fire dampers, and other related systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in handling fire/smoke curtains, industrial doors, handrails, balustrades and more.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.
