i) Timely decision & announcement of price revision decision every month.

ii) Achievement / surpass benchmark contribution on all SKU's, all states.

iii) Any other pricing activities.

D. Placement

i) Percentage active R.S.

ii) Monthly TOMA of R.S. & Field Force.

iii) Percentage achievement of daily product collage.

iv) Minimum 4-5 days monthly market working.

v) Any other placement activities.

E. Promotion

i) Timely launch & execution of schemes.

1. From FMCG Background (Food/Non Food/Beverages etc. can work)

2. Experience of Product Management

3. Knows 4Ps of Marketing

4. Should be excellent in Pricing part

5. Excellent in Scheme drafting

6. Should have hand on experience of New Product Development

7. Existing Product Modification

8. Launching of new products

9. Excellent communication skills

10. Knowledge of SAP
