*JOB DESCRIPTION *

1. Project management: Oversee project management teams, manage multiple projects, and prepare cost estimates

2. Design and implementation: Design and implement MEP systems, and consider factors like sustainability, automation, and fire protection

3. Coordination: Coordinate on-site work, and ensure seamless communication between the MEP engineer and the construction firm

4. Reviewing: Review plans and procedures, and review contractor work

5. Providing advice: Provide advice and information for purchase and installation decisions, and provide installation, maintenance, and technical advice

6. Ensuring safety: Ensure the safety and security of all people on site, and monitor and maintain health and safety policies

7. Documentation: Ensure documents related to the work are lodged on time with the project handbooks

8. Problem solving: Come up with effective solutions to problems

9. Drawing: Make precise drawings using designing software

10. Listing: List all the electrical fixtures and plumbing tools neededRole & responsibilities
