Production Supervisor

• Cravicious Foods is looking for an experienced 'Production Supervisor' to join our team in Greater Noida. The person will be responsible for the production of our veg and non-veg frozen products. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving process improvements to meet customer demands and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze production capacity, lead times, and inventory levels to optimize production planning and scheduling.
• Production Execution:
• Oversee production operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, equipment, and personnel.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure quality products.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste, overstocking, and underage conditions.
  
  

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in food production, with a focus on poultry or meat processing

Skills:

• Strong production management and quality control skills
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software (e.g., MES, QMS)
• Experience with inventory management and control
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and quality control procedures

Salary: ₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum
