Job Description:

Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of budgets and annual procurement plans, consolidating inputs from field offices and coordinating finalization with departments.

Vendor Management: Oversee vendor applications, registrations, and performance evaluations, ensuring timely processing and conducting factory inspections with detailed reports.

Cost Data Updation: Support the annual update of the cost data book based on purchase orders and industry standards.

Technical Specifications: Regularly update technical specifications of materials to align with current industry practices and standard.

Rate Contract & E-Reverse Auction Support: Facilitate the execution of rate contracts and assist in conducting reverse auctions, including framework development and report preparation.

Scrap Disposal Coordination: Manage scrap disposal activities, coordinate with committees and service providers, and assist in reserve price calculations.

Procurement Manual Assistance: Assist in resolving issues and updating the procurement manual as needed.

Supervision and Monitoring: Support DPR preparation, supervise departmental works, and identify risks, cost overruns, or delays in projects under ADP and O&M budgets.

Store Management: Assist in inventory management, maintain purchase order registers, and ensure effective store management practices.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and consolidate MIS reports, document activities, and submit periodic updates to JBVNL.

Must have experience in following:

1. Preparation of Cost Data Book.
2. Preparation of Proposal (RFP)
3. Preparation of Technical Specification.
4. Bid Process & Tendering.
