Role Overview

As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our US market presence by managing lead generation, campaign execution, proposal development, and maintaining strong relationships with research business units. You will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and bid management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management process from lead generation to negotiation and closure, ensuring high-quality proposal development and competitive pricing strategies
• Collaborate closely with US sales team and executives to understand client requirements and work with the India team to create compelling proposals
• Design and execute targeted email campaigns for identified sectors in the US market, driving lead generation and market visibility
• Develop and implement LinkedIn and social media campaigns to enhance brand presence in the US market
• Organize and manage webinars focused on relevant subject matter to increase market visibility in the USA
• Support event management and participation for both US and India-based events, ensuring effective representation of the company
• Handle commercial aspects of bids including estimation, pricing structure development, and margin management
• Build and maintain comprehensive databases while coordinating with research units for case study development

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in services business development, preferably in a B2B environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling business proposals
• Proven track record in bid management and proposal development
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategies and margin management
• Creative mindset for developing marketing collateral and campaign strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Experience in organizing and managing business events and webinars
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
