Finance Controls and Process Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in finance controls and processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes related to financial transactions and accounting records.
• Provide project management support by developing project plans, tracking progress against goals, and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by reviewing policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead/Support Global & Regional projects focused on:
• Process Excellence/Optimization initiatives
• System Automation & Digital Transformation initiatives
• Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation & Change Mgmt. initiatives
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent dispute resolution skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Experience working in Finance domain with knowledge of industry best practices.
• Having awareness/expertise of Lean - Six Sigma & associated Quality Tools & Methodology
