What will you do:

• Manage daily clearance and brokerage operations to ensure efficient and compliant processing of shipments.
• Coordinate all administrative tasks related to brokerage services, including documentation and communication with customs officials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to clearance procedures.
• Oversee cage handling processes, ensuring security protocols and proper tracking of high-value shipments.
• Ensure adherence to export control regulations by reviewing shipments and ensuring proper documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering updates and addressing concerns related to clearance.
• Stay updated on customs regulations and ensure clearance activities comply with both local and international standards.
• Oversee clearance administrative tasks for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper tracking and timely processing.
• Manage clearance documentation, ensuring customs declarations, import/export permits, and invoices are accurate and submitted on time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance clearance operations and customer service.
