Operational Workforce Planning & Acquisition; Strategic operational workforce planning (CE, Ops, Sales), High-volume recruitment and hiring / RPO

Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding the job requirements and source candidates through various job portals.
  • Create a pipeline of candidates for similar positions in order to have a pool of relevant candidates
  • End to end recruitment
  • Support in bulk hiring
  • Support in recruitment drive initiatives
  • Continuous engagement with the selected candidate until candidate joins
  • Maintain a database of candidates sourced on a day to day basis
  • Interview coordination and reporting
  • Adapt new strategies to close positions as soon as possible through reference, job portals etc.

Key requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 2-3 yrs of experience into Talent Acquisition recruitment.
  • Hands on experience of using various job portals for sourcing candidates as per the requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to close the positions within the given time frame independently
