Job Description
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in tablet compression/coating operations in a tablet pharmaceutical company.
Knowledge of compression machines (Cadmach/Korsch/Fette) and coating machines (Auto Coater/Bosch/Gansons/Glatt).
Operate and monitor tablet compression and coating machines as per SOPs.
Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth production runs.
Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
Perform machine cleaning, changeover, and preventive maintenance as per schedules.Role & responsibilities
