Job Title: Snowflake Developer/Engineer

Duration: 6+ month

Location: India (REMOTE)

Timing: UK Hours (1:30 PM IST onwards)

Interview: Virtual

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI solutions using the Snowflake Data Cloud technology stack.
• Work with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution architects with designing data products, and develop data models that meet the business needs.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Cooperate with Data Engineers responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest Snowflake BI-related features and best practices and implement them as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our BI infrastructure.
• Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit, and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.
• Compliance with area-specific customer requirements

Required Skills:

• At least 5+ years of experience in BI development, with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques using Power BI.
• Strong business analyst mindset with experience in data analysis and modelling, and ability to translate business requirements into data products.
• Proven experience with SQL-based databases, Snowflake experience is a great plus.
• Experience in manufacturing domain is a plus
• Familiarity with designing and developing efficient Tabular models.
• Strong SQL, ETL, and data modelling skills.
• Experience with data warehousing and data integration technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, or Azure).
• Proven track record of leading BI initiatives and providing technical leadership to drive the development and implementation of BI solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to solve complex analytical problems through the internalization of domain knowledge and the application of technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
