This role involves driving the Continuous Improvement Pipeline for the India-based team, supporting the Technical Lead to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for high-quality, on-time delivery. The Senior Engineer will mentor team members, promote best practices, remove performance impediments, and foster a transition to Agile principles, ensuring optimal delivery. A minimum of 7+ years in ServiceNow development is required. ServiceNow CAD CSA certification essential.
