Finance Coordinator - (MBA - Mandatory)

Job Summary: The Finance Coordinator in the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) division at FCTG will support financial processes such as creating purchase orders, reconciling invoices, assisting with AP application rollouts across regions, and managing asset accounting for ETS. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Creation: Assist in the creation and management of purchase orders within the financial system, ensuring they align with company policies. Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and goods received. Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues in a timely manner, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Accounts Payable (AP) Application Rollout: Support the rollout of AP applications across regions by providing training and support to regional teams. Monitor the implementation phase and troubleshoot any issues.
• Asset Accounting: Manage and update the fixed asset register, support the capitalization and depreciation processes, and ensure proper documentation for asset tagging, tracking, and disposal.
• Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable and asset accounting. Ensure accurate documentation for audits and assist in internal and external audits as required.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in Finance or related fields (Mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounts payable, or asset accounting roles.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Excel or similar ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in implementing or supporting AP software rollouts is a plus.
