Job Description

As a Store Executive at the Lamy Store in Bangalore, you will be the face of the brand, assisting customers in selecting premium writing instruments and accessories while providing exceptional service. You will play a key role in achieving store sales targets and maintaining the high standards of the Lamy brand.

Role & Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet and assist customers, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

Address customer queries and provide product demonstrations.

Sales

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Handle billing and payment processes efficiently.

Product Knowledge

Develop in-depth knowledge of Lamy products and their features.

Educate customers on product care and usage.

Store Operations

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve overall goals.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
