Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities


B2B Client Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients (travel agencies, corporate clients, tour operators).
  • Understand client needs and provide customized travel solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotations, and manage service requests.

Supplier and Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with vendors.
  • Manage allotments for group bookings and FIT (Free Independent Travelers).

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, visas, and local tours for clients.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of travel plans and quality service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Monitor and control tour and travel budgets for cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare invoices and manage payment schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Process Optimization:

  • Develop and streamline operational workflows for efficiency.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and technologies.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor contracts, and client interactions.
  • Prepare operational performance reports and suggest improvements.
