Safety Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA) for mechanical processes.
• Safety Planning: Develop and enforce safety procedures and protocols for site activities.
• Training: Train workers on safety practices, equipment use, and emergency procedures.
• Inspections: Regularly inspect work areas for compliance with safety standards.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions.
• Emergency Response: Prepare and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) and maintain documentation.
• Promote Safety Culture: Foster a safety-conscious environment and encourage safe practices among workers.
