Description:
The main missions are to:
To execute and to support the achievement of the Roadmap for Faurecia concerning Comfort. The candidate will be in charge through his/her expertise to build the comfort know-how of Indian automotive market and population and also to have global interactions on comfort expertise.

Technical responsibilities:

• Defines, secures and implement the core science / technology domain
  • Identifies the most efficient technical solution for his/ her expertise
  • Defines and implements the technology and training roadmap
  • Study set of human population to identify and distinguish human morphology regional specificities
  • Measure and analyze vehicles seat comfort and establish relation with regional human morphology
  • Participates to know-how capitalization
  • Must take part in external activities with academia, networks,..
  • Proposes innovative projects, leads and monitors their implementation
  • Carries out scientifically and pragmatic presentations of his technical domain
  • Publishes documents internally and externally in specific magazines and books
  

Management responsibilities:
• Sells his/ her work: communicate regularly inside project team, events (internal and external)
• Organizes the control & support of the domain activities within the R & D departments
• Coaches and trains Experts
• Transfers his/her technical knowledge to others: organizes and deploys trainings throughout the organization in a pragmatic approach

Qualifications:
• Researcher or M.Tech in biomechanics, Post Graduate in physiology, Physiotherapy, ergonomics, human factors or research student Knowledge in human monitoring, testing, statistics, data collection.
• User experience knowledge
• Understanding of functional specifications, v cycle
• Ability to synthetize and clarify complex systems
• Experience in innovation
• Skills for communication and able to convince.
• Ability to think out of the box
• Able to work in a complex matrix international organization
• Must have taken out patent(s)
• English is a must
