Overall Responsibilities And Duties.
As quality representative within production ensures product & process conformity in accordance with the control plan and the right application of the quality principles (Quality Basics, respect of the IATF 16949 for this scope, ?) and contribute to continuous improvement.
Represent and owner of Incoming quality and warranty quality.
Plant Quality objectives monitoring.
Manage the plant Quality system in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
Interrupt the manufacturing receipt at plant or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured.
Resolution of internal concerns by 8 D methodology.
Co Ordinate FMSS, FES and customer Audits with plant.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are.
Manage Quality claims and ensure resolution through communication to the supplier and SQA team.
In case of non-conformity reported at line, ensure deployment of containment actions: with respect of standard TQW and corrective actions.
Close quality problems by managing the process & product specific audits.
Manage the Charge Back process with the support of SQA / Finance and in co-operation with the commodity buyers.
Prepare master list, Incoming Inspection plan and measurement instructions etc?.
Work with SQA and get the Agreement of inspection (AOI) and Part submission warrant (PSW) to ensure and verify the supplier agreement and engineering level.
Ensure that documents are reviewed and updated periodically for the changes incorporated.

Ensure the inspection adherences as per Incoming inspection procedures and provide training to incoming inspectors.
Manage changes on purchased parts or Suppliers (internal/external) during serial production and interplant components.
Archive all quality records in accordance with the FCM Procedures.
Ensure the Incoming Jail inventory are getting cleared with defined frequency by obtaining the supplier & Purchase.
Work with PC&L team to send the rejected parts back to supplier.
Conduct weekly quality review meeting on D3/D6 and present to plant management team.
Engage early with PQL team on new model parts inspection.
Do on time calibration of incoming gauges and ensure gauges are maintained with good condition.
Review the customer warranty portal regularly.
Interact with customer to get the warranty parts and share the detailed analysis report to management team.
