Title : Senior Finance Analyst / Executive

Reports To : Site Controller

Description :

The person is responsible for one or several programs Activities / Program Work Package Activities of Engineering BAU. He ensures the data reliability in line with process. The main missions of the role are as follows :

• Revenue recognition and reconciliation month on month.
• Monthly hours extraction from the Tool and cordinate with the functional team to asterain regionwise & business segment wise hours for billing/Invoicing.
• Support for Engineering as well as Proto invoicing.
• Revenue tracking & maintain sales register.
• Receivables tracking and Reconcilaitions with Internal as well as External Cutomers , follow up for recovery.
• Bridge communication & data exchange with regional controllers for hours validation.
• Tracking monthly sales accural movement.
• Support for capex Management: IO Creation, COCA tool update, Tracking the Capex movement (WIP to Capitalisation), CAR wise captilisation reporting.
• Reporting Head count, Capex in internal tool matrix.
• Support to Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and due compliance
• Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing/validating proper sales information
• Should be able to work autonomously and proactively to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Should have ability to adapt to change in business dynamics and predict changes to be done.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

▪ M.com/MBA

▪ Minimum 5-6 years experience in an industrial environment

▪ MS office Operating knowledge must (Excel , Power Point , Outlook Etc.)

▪ SAP Knowledge preferred.

▪ Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information.

▪ Ability to manage uncertainty

▪ Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy
