Role & responsibilities

Facilitate project management activities by coordinating resources, equipment, and information.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks with defined timeframes.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and specify requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Allocate tasks to internal teams and assist in schedule management.
• Ensure clients' evolving needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise. Serve as the central point of contact, keeping all participants informed of project status.
• Collaborate with project team members to resolve obstacles. Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling activities. Maintain the Implementation Status Monitor by adding new records, providing a comprehensive overview of all pipeline and ongoing implementations.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have minimum 2+ years of experience

Excellent Communication in writing adn speaking
