Marketing Assistant

HI,

FatPipe Networks is looking for a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, dissemination of copy and tracking performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring email marketing campaigns
• Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Compiling, purging & securing email databases to reach target audience
• Following up on emails
• Create reports on email marketing performance
• Maintain schedules for email marketing initiatives
• Assist with social media and website content
• Organize and manage marketing collateral

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, HTML, MailChimp, Email Marketing Databases, Marketing Automation Platforms a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized at the same time
• Ability to anticipate, understand and creatively solve problems or resolve issues
• Should have minimum 2+ years of experience
