Role & responsibilities

- Manage employee-related tasks and performance tracking.

- ⁠Organize internal team meetings.

- ⁠Maintain a database for freelance directors, art directors, editors, and all project-based personnel.

- ⁠Oversee salary management and employee welfare initiatives.

- ⁠Plan activities to promote mental and physical well-being.

- ⁠Coordinate social activities focused on community service and sustainability.

- ⁠Conduct competitor analysis and establish ties with studios, locations, and new agencies.

- ⁠Define and manage employee Key Result Areas (KRAs).

- ⁠Manage whatspp groups of freelancers

- ⁠Hiring inhouse permanent and project basis talent

Handle leave management and other employee-related activities.
