Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical PeopleSoft systems. This role involves ensuring the availability and consistent performance of our applications, performing system upgrades, providing user support, and managing database administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work simultaneously across multiple versions of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools versions including older through the most current release.
• Building, configuring, upgrading, administrating PeopleSoft Servers in Linux and Windows environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot WebLogic (PIA), Tuxedo middleware, SSL certificate management.
• Set up and configure integration broker gateway, services, service operations, queues, routings, and application messages for internal and external integrations.
• Ability in troubleshooting technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle databases, tuxedo application servers on Unix, process schedulers on both Unix and NT and WebLogic configuration.
• Perform system performance checks and administration of services for all the PeopleSoft environments.
• Applying Tax Updates using PUM and change assistant.
• Work with Infrastructure team members (Network, NT and Unix Administrators) to build and deliver services in a stable, highly available and secure multi-instance hosting environment.
• Troubleshooting development and production application problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

Required Skills:

• Proficient with Peoplesoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 and HCM 9.2.
• Strong experienced with PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.50+, Application Designer, Data Mover, and Upgrade with Change Assistant and patch updates with PUM.
• Strong Linux shell scripting and SQL scripting automation desired.
• Strong Oracle DBA skills supporting PeopleSoft with Oracle 19c desired.
• Experience with system configuration management and deployment tools.
• Skilled in installation/setup and management of highly available application clustered environment.
• Knowledge of security controls and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related preferred.
• 2+ Years relevant experience.
